Béta and « the Emperor » love each other as much as a clown and a patient that meet in a hospital could ever
love each other. Béta is a female clown, the « empereur » is a schizophrenic patient whom she visits every week.
Never ever would they mention his sickness nor their mutual feelings. Their meetings unfold in a mute acceptation
of this game. With a lightly overdone playfullness their discussions bounce on each opportunity that allows
them to hide their emotions behind words.
