Hervé has just been released from Harku, the detention center
for asylum seekers in Estonia. He has spent a year in jail there.
Why? Because he had asked for asylum at the border.
After a year, he was interviewed, released and sent to an
open migrant centre. It is winter in Tallinn, we meet and talk
about his views, his feelings, his understanding of the country
he is in now, the Estonian people and their relation
to the continent that he has left, Africa.
